Land Training

Our Land Training sessions are provided as additional fitness training for our Swimmers to aid fitness and improve their performance. They are provided by coaches experienced in deliverying fitness coaching in a variety of disciplines.


  • Improve performance – Core, Strength, Power, Fitness, Cardio, Reaction times

  • Prevent Injuries – Overuse, focus area on body

  • Stay engaged – New opportunities to improve

  • Prevent burnout – Keep training interesting

  • Plank 

  • Leg raises

  • Dolphin Kick

  • Alternating superman


Wednesday: 6-7pm

Athletes doing 2 or more hours per week of training are actively encouraged to participate.
